Does our 360 Product offer direct billing?
We believe that settling bills is the last thing you need to think about if you are recovering from treatment. That is why we do everything we can to pay bills directly to medical providers.
Our gig-Jordan team is dedicated to take care of our customer’s needs, and if treatment is required outside of Jordan, we work with AXA Life& Health Reinsurance Solutions PTE.Ltd to support organizing direct billing where possible, using the network.
Providers Finder Tool is a nice tool at your fingertips to help searching for medical providers by location or specialty. Please give us a call as we recommend you submit your request for pre-authorization at least ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled date of treatment to ensure that the treatment is eligible for reimbursement and/or direct billing can be arranged accordingly.
