Eng. Majed Sha’ban
Engineer Majed Sha’ban has recently joined gig | Arab Orient Insurance as a Deputy Director / General & Motors
Claims. He is leading a journey of 27 years of experience during which Majed worked in 5 Insurance Companies
and was inspired by a group of distinguished figures of this sector since he started his journey in 1989. He holds
a Bachelor,s degree in 1986 from Aleppo University in Civil Engineering.
Eng. Majed worked in different areas, such as General Insurance (Engineering, Marine, Fire) holding
responsibilities of all kinds, Customer Care, Business Development, Motor Production and claims, and Medical
Insurance and Reinsurance.
Mr. Majed Sha’ban believes that gig | Arab Orient Insurance’s system opens wide doors for employees to
create and innovate. A clear and solid system definitely enhances motivation and commitment; this is what the
company has been striving to accomplish since 20 years in order to establish and build credibility.
Through his current position in the Department of General and Motor claims, Mr. Majed always looks to
continuously develop the company and to take its name to new horizons. He aspires to keep up with all what is
new in the world of Insurance and to put the company at the forefront.
