an annual limit of JD 30,000 including:

• Companion coverage
• Ambulance
• Doctor fees & consultation

• X Rays and Radiology
• Outpatient Clinic -Emergency

In the event of proving inability to provide treatment for this type of cancer in Jordan, the coverage will extend to
include Lahey Hospital in Boston – United States of America, and will include economy class tickets and hotel accommo-
dation for two nights for the patient and the companion covered within the annual limits.
