cooperates with Jordan Kuwait Bank
to develop the Bancassurance project

gig | Arab Orient Insurance continuously strives to develop and improve its services and business sources, as a result,
the Company was keen on building a strategic business partnership with Jordan Kuwait Bank. The Company partnered
with the Bank to restructure the Bancassurance project and to launch it through developing a common action plan
according which Jordan Kuwait Bank is responsible for promoting and selling the various insurance products gig | Arab
Orient Insurance offers, including; medical insurance, motor insurance, insurance against cancer, and other general
insurance programs concerning small businesses and houses, and many other insurance programs.

Moreover, building on the development and expansion process of the insurance products, 60 qualified employees from
Jordan Kuwait Bank have been chosen for this phase to undergo trainings and workshops held by gig | Arab Orient Insur-
ance to improve their marketing and sales skills and add to their knowledge in the insurance field. The trained employ-
ees will be certified as the Company’s specialized agents at Jordan Kuwait Bank to sell their insurance products. For the
second phase, the number of certified employees at the Bank will be increased to reach 100 agents according to the
agreed action plan.

gig | Arab Orient Insurance Company values the efficiency of Jordan Kuwait Bank staff that’s why the Company is keen
on investing in their capabilities. The Company’s efforts will reinforce the partnership with the Bank, and will also assure
a good reach to all the target audiences through some advanced promotional methods, which will, in return, widen the
clients’ base. It will facilitate the subscription procedures which will, in return, save the new customers’ time and effort.

opens a new office at Gardens Hospital

Once again, gig | Arab Orient Insurance has opened a new office at Gardens Hospital affiliated with "Crown Medical Insur-
ance Network", in support of the Company's strategy of expanding its medical services and improve their quality, and so
as their customers can easily get the best medical services. Moreover, the Company is seeking to facilitate remedial
procedures for all customers and to save their time and effort, especially when it comes to patients' admission at the
hospital.

The new office came to add to the group of offices that were already opened at many hospitals such as The Specialty

Hospital, Ibn Al-Haytham Hospital, Jordan Hospital, Arab Medical Center, and Islamic hospital of Aqaba. This will enable

visitors to have access to the comprehensive range of medical insurance services offered by the company, and to get

the assistance needed. 9
