In line with its consistent policy in increasing and spreading health awareness within our community, gig | Arab Orient
Insurance sponsored the “Free Medical Day” that aims at increasing awareness about insurance programs which took
place during June 2015 at the Royal Court. The Medical Day was attended by the Key Accounts Department, represented
by Mr. Mohammed Khasawneh, and Mr. Abdel Rahman Al Zoubi, along with the Company’s in-house doctor, Dr. Taher Abdel
Wahed.
This step by gig | Arab Orient Insurance came to educate individuals about the importance of insurance in their daily life as
well as the ompany’s different insurance programs. It also highlighted that today is the most important time than ever to
be insured especially with the political challenges that the region is currently facing. he edical ay offered health
services such as clinical check-up, laboratory tests, disease diagnosis and consultation for employees under the supervi-
sion of Dr. Baheth Al Omari. First aid boxes were also distributed to attendees.

The event was attended by a number of gig│ Arab Orient Insurance’s employees and specialized doctors who played a big
role in providing a comprehensive free check-up to all citizens including clinical examination and medical consultation in

addition to offering treatment, if needed, and providing free medical tools.

It is worth mentioning that the participation of gig│ Arab Orient Insurance in such events stems from the Company’s aware-

ness about the importance of health monitoring, disease prevention and early detection. It constantly strives to enhance

health culture while delivering a priceless message which is “precaution is better than cure”. 17
