Today, Insurance became one of the most important requirements and a top priority for both individuals and organiza-
tions. uman beings and properties are always exposed to different inds of ris s; insurance is an important tool that
protects them against losses caused by those unfortunate accidents.
roperty Insurance provides protection against natural ris s to the insurer’s property including loss or damage which
may be caused to the movable and immovable property, for example: buildings, bonds, documents, manuscripts,
machinery, appliances, furniture, and other consequential losses.
Moreover, Property Insurance for movable and immovable property is of an urgent importance that may vary from one
individual to another. It is considered the most important type of insurance, especially in areas of high vulnerability to
natural disasters, where properties can be covered against damages that may occur and may affect their productivity
and their daily operations.
As for the General Insurance, including individual insurance, it is considered an essential daily need for every person.
ach one of us is exposed to different unavoidable accidents including death and or disability as called in documents
personal accidents and wor ers compensation. It may also include iability Insurance, which is another form of cover-
age that is speci cally designed to cover against damages to the insured resulting from legal liability and may cause mate-
rial and physical damages, and so forth.
Finally, the Engineering Insurance includes the construction and installation phases of any project, and it covers a large
part of ris s that the pro ect may be exposed to at this stage.
It also protects documents of the machinery, equipment, machinery malfunction and boilers against damages and
mechanical failures and the material losses subsequent to the damage.
