Awareness Training Sessions about Information Security, Social Engineering
and Business Continuity and disaster recovery

Given the importance of Information Security, Social Engineering and Business Continuity Plan, The Audit
Department, represented by Mr. Ahmad Isbahe – Manager in Internal Audit Department, has come up with an
initiative to hold training courses for some employees that are able to transfer knowledge to other colleagues
or further sessions would be scheduled in the future.
Trainings entitled “Information Security and Social Engineering” were held to raise awareness about
Information Security and Skills Development which will in return enhance work performance and will highly
protect all the company’s information assets against disclosure of information and/or classified data.
Two major topics were discussed:
First: IT Security through Access Management and modern techniques to access the computerized systems,
and to have a list of recommendations for the protection against data security risks.
Second: Social Engineering by identifying the definition, setting examples of similar cases, and methods for
protection from threats.
Another awareness session entitled (Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery) was held to highlight the roles
and expected responsibilities from the current project team, in addition to presenting all deliverables of the
project, which will add benefits for both AOIC and individuals and will ensure continuity of our company’s
services in all circumstamces.
