              Training course for Bahrain Kuwait Insurance’s employees

As part of its plan to develop Quality Control Department, gig | Arab Orient Insurance held a training course
for Bahrain Kuwait Insurance’s employees; one of Gulf Insurance Group. The training course discussed quality
control criteria, and the theoretical framework of quality, and how to develop the skills of service and customer
care and many other related topics.
It is obvious that customers are important stakeholders in the company and their satisfaction is a priority to
management. Customer satisfaction has been a subject of great interest to gig | Arab Orient Insurance. Hence,
the session came to prove this interest and to contribute in developing the quality of its services, enhancing its
productivity and increasing its market share.
The employees of Bahrain Kuwait Insurance visited as well The Café Insurance – Boulevard and all company’s
departments and facilities. A detailed explanation of the workflow and mechanism of quality control check lists
has been presented where the importance of follow-up on all operations was highlighted.
Mr. Anwar Lori and Fatima Kathem, from Bahrain Kuwait Insurance, expressed their gratitude and appreciation
for the great efforts shown by gig | Arab Orient Insurance employees, they also emphasized on the importance
of Quality Control Department as a separate entity at the company.
