Union of Arab Banks honors gig -Jordan with an award for innovation in
the insurance field
Under the patronage of HRH Princess Taghreed Mohammed, Union of Arab Banks organized a gala dinner in
cooperation with Princess Taghreed Foundation for Development and Training. The initiative launched by both
parties recognized creativity and excellence, and honored the distinguished banks, institutions and leaders
in their fields. The event was held on Thursday 2017/10/5 where gig - Jordan Insurance was one of the event’s
sponsors.
Financial institutions, businesswomen and businessmen who have excelled in the field of banking were honored;
the thing that added value on the banking performance and contributed in enhancing the social responsibility
and society’s wellbeing.
gig - Jordan was also honored with an award for innovation and excellence in the field of insurance received by
Mr. Yazan Al Khasawneh – Senior Director, as well as for the company’s overall performance according to Arabic
and International standards. The event was conducted by the Research Department of the Union and specialized
arbitration institutions in this field.
